The No Snowflake trilogy is the first publication in The Break Inc.’s Memoir Project. The Memoir Project grew from the team at The Break spending time with elderly people to provide them social support. They recognised many had lived amazing lives which had never been recognised, and decided to immortalise them in print. They created a team and went to work teaching themselves how to publish and publicise a book. Recording the story of just one of these incredible people ended up filling 800 pages, and so the No Snowflake trilogy was born.
Even before the publishing of No Snowflake, other amazing people came forward asking for their stories to be written. The interest led to the development of the Memoir Project, a team dedicated to recording and sharing the stories of these incredible people.
